Amanda Brenner is an associate attorney with Farrow-Gillespie Heath Witter LLP. Her primary practice areas are estate planning, probate, elder law, business matters, and nonprofit organizations. Ms. Brenner advises clients regarding estate and incapacity planning; and the formation and operation of businesses, nonprofit organizations, and private foundations. She assists families in the sometimes difficult process of probating a loved one’s estate. Ms. Brenner’s primary motivation is to shine light on often neglected but important aspects of families and individuals’ lives, and to set up them up for future success whether that be an estate plan, administration of a loved one’s estate, or a new business venture.

Amanda Brenner graduated from University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2015. During law school, she served as a certified legal intern assisting the Elder Law Clinic with estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters. Throughout law school, she served as an intern for the Honorable R. Stanton Wettick, Jr. in the Court of Common Pleas.

Prior to law school, Ms. Brenner attended the University of Georgia where she received a Bachelor of Science degree with a human development minor. Following undergraduate, she served as a Foreign Service Officer intern at the United States Embassy in Athens, Greece.

She currently serves as a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers (DAYL) Leadership Program.

Amanda Brenner enjoys living in the Dallas area and is an active member of the community. Ms. Brenner’s interests include ballroom dancing and board games.
