Tahlia Clement’s primary practice areas are marketing, advertising and promotions law, health law, internet law, and general business transactions.

Ms. Clement has experience in several practice areas, including advertising and marketing transactions, corporate governance, intellectual property and trademark law, manufacturing and vendor contracts, real estate transactions, social media issues, and contracts/transactions for physicians and healthcare facilities.  In addition, she’s familiar with the data privacy and cybersecurity regulatory framework, including GDPR and HIPAA. She routinely assists clients in preparing terms and conditions and privacy policies tailored not only to the client’s website, but also to comply with the regulatory framework. 

Tahlia graduated from SMU Dedman School of Law in 2019. During law school, she was the editor-in-chief of SMU’s Science and Technology Law Review and participated in the Judge Elmo B. Hunter Legal Center for Victims of Crimes against Women.

Tahlia Clement resides in Dallas with her husband, Christopher Clement. Christopher is a Dallas firefighter.
