Lee Wilkins has practiced law for over 45 years and has been involved in the following types of legal matters: mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, tax-exempt reorganizations, venture capital financing, corporate governance, real estate acquisitions and sales, commercial and real estate finance, taxable and tax-exempt bond transactions, and securitizations.
In his spare time, Lee appreciates golf, tennis, music, sports car racing, and underwater photography.
