 Xin Zhao is an associate attorney at Farrow-Gillespie Heath Wilmoth LLP. Her practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, private equity, compliance, civil litigation, and arbitration. Prior to joining the firm, Xin worked for top law firms in China such as Paul Hastings and Fangda Partners. She has also clerked for the Civil Court and Prosecutor’s office in Haidian District, Beijing, China.

 

Xin graduated from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 2023. Prior to moving to the United States, she graduated from Peking University School of Law in Beijing, China, and has practiced law in China.

 

Xin enjoys playing tennis and has taught fitness classes, such as HIIT, Gravity, and Weight Lifting at Southern Methodist University, and was awarded “Instructor of the Year” in SMU’s Department of Campus Recreation.
