Breeann Rials is a Senior Associate at Farrow-Gillespie Heath Wilmoth LLP, where her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions and related business matters.
Breeann represents buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners in a broad range of real estate transactions and assists clients through all stages of the deal process, from contract negotiation and due diligence through closing. Her experience includes reviewing title and survey matters, drafting and negotiating transactional documents, coordinating with lenders and title companies, and helping clients navigate and resolve issues that arise during a transaction.
Before joining FGHW, Breeann founded an Illinois-based law practice focused primarily on real estate matters. Through that practice, she represented clients in residential and commercial transactions and worked closely with agents, lenders, title companies, and business owners in fast-paced transactional environments. Her entrepreneurial background gives her a practical understanding of the importance of responsiveness, efficiency, and keeping deals moving toward closing.
In addition to her transactional practice, Breeann has prior experience working in governmental and public-sector legal roles involving regulatory and compliance-related matters.
Breeann earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School in 2017 and her B.A. in Political Science from Hampton University in 2012. She was recently appointed to the Oak Leaf Planning & Zoning Commission and also volunteers as a judge for high school speech, debate, and mock trial competitions.
