Lydia Lopez is an associate attorney at Farrow-Gillespie Heath Wilmoth LLP with a focus in probate litigation.

She is a proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin and earned her law degree from UNT Dallas College of Law. During law school, Lydia served as a judicial clerk for the honorable Judge Roach in Collin County, where she gained valuable experience in legal research, legal writing, and courtroom procedure. This role strengthened her commitment to providing clients with practical and effective advocacy. Following her admission to the bar, Lydia began her career as an insurance defense attorney, which provided her with valuable litigation experience.

 

Outside of her practice, Lydia is active in her community, volunteering regularly with local organizations and serving at her church. She is passionate about giving back and building strong connections both inside and outside of the legal profession. ​
