Megan Legband is an associate attorney at Farrow-Gillespie Heath Wilmoth LLP.

 

She focuses her practice on representing for-profit and nonprofit entities in a variety of transactional issues, including corporate governance, entity selection and formation, employment concerns, and other matters. She additionally works in the firm’s business litigation practice. Prior to joining the firm, Megan clerked for the Honorable K. Nicole Mitchell in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.

Megan graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2020. During law school, Megan served as Managing Online Content Editor for Volume 98 of the Texas Law Review and mentored groups of first-year students as a Dean’s Fellow in Texas Law’s Society Program. Before attending Texas Law, Megan was a University Scholar at Baylor University, where she graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2015.

Megan enjoys creative writing, volunteering in her church and the Dallas community, cheering on her favorite Formula One team, and spending time with her family and friends.
