FGHW Partners Tour Construction of Metrocare's Mental Health and Disability Innovation Center

FGHW Partners Paula Beasley and Stephanie Osteen toured client Dallas Metrocare Services’ new Mental Health and Disability Innovation Center at Hillside which will provide integrated care for children, adults, families, veterans, and those with disabilities.  It’s scheduled to open this Fall, and CFO Lucas Wilson treated them to a behind-the-scenes look at the ongoing construction and plans for the state-of-the-art facility.  Paula acts as real estate counsel for Metrocare and had a significant role in the land acquisition. A long-time client of the Firm, Metrocare is the largest provider of behavioral health services in Dallas County and provides same-day access to psychiatric care regardless of ability to pay.
